We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Team reporting to Head of Digital.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfort with data analysis tools to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management Skills: Juggling multiple campaigns and managing teams with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Providing direction, motivation and delegation skills for managing a digital marketing team of 5+ colleagues.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: Developing creative marketing strategies and adapting to challenges in a dynamic retail market.

 

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role for 3+ years

 

Main role responsibilities include:

*         Responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy from conception through to implementation and analysis of performance metrics, working with our Digital Agency and wider Woodie’s Marketing & Commercial teams.

*         Lead Woodie’s digital activities to optimise the omnichannel customer journey, utilising social tools, content, and Search to help drive customer engagement, brand profile, and revenue growth.

*         Technical understanding of SEO, Email, Analytics, Marketing Automation, UX, social media, paid advertising and website management & analytics. 

*         Staying up to date with market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends, informing strategic decision-making.
