This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team responsible for driving and shaping the Woodies omni-channel experience in order to grow revenue and drive best in class customer experience.

Our Digital department is looking for a Digital Product Coordinator Executive to drive digital revenue and customer experience. This role will play a key part in maintaining a great online customer experience balancing brand and commerce across all categories on Woodies.ie. We are looking for someone who has a passion for retail and product and can bring a commercial outlook as well as new ideas on how to innovate to be the best-in-class omni-channel DIY retailer.  

 

Key ownership areas include: .

Driving onsite product experience enhancements to boost conversion and create a seamless, best-in-class customer journey. This includes refining site navigation, enhancing filter functionality, onboarding new brands/products and optimizing product reviews. This role is pivotal in streamlining enrichment processes upholding product quality and consistency, maintaining efficient SLAs and ensuring content excellence to ultimately optimize product experience across all digital touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Upload & Content Management

*       Enriching online product content to ensure discoverability & enhance the customers’ website experience 

*       Work closely with buying teams to track new products coming into the business and manage the workflow of these products onto site

*       Oversee communication and delivery of product imagery and content to e-commerce partners

*       Monitor enrichment SLAs and provide reporting on uploaded assets and outstanding gaps

*       Assign products to appropriate refinements and categories following defined taxonomy to support usability

*       Upload, process and QA product imagery and copy assets to ensure they meet specifications and standards

*       Coordinate timely uploads of seasonal product ranges aligned with go-live schedules

*       Prioritize uploads of key products and liaise with stakeholders throughout the workflow

*       Identify process opportunities and proactively propose improvements to enhance overall ways of working

*       Manage product launches on site, including the removal of discontinued products and clearance items

 
 

Dropship

*       Serve as the main digital point of contact between Dropship vendors and internal teams

*       Lead digital brand calls and maintain strong supplier relationships

*       Monitor and analyse trade performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to optimize Dropship trading performance

*       Develop and execute commercial plans in alignment with category and business goals

*       Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance

*       Work closely with Customer Service to resolve partner and operational issues promptly

*       Execute timely brand launches and lead on the enrichment process

 

Site Trading

*       Monitor the allocation of stock to the web store to ensure all products have visibility and are available to purchase

*       Analyze and drive sales through stock management and identifying customer/seasonal trends

 

Improvement of customer experience

*       Enhance category conversion through improved site navigation and refined product information architecture

*       Elevate the onsite experience by optimizing filtering systems and product categorization

*       Unlock revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase AOV through targeted upsell and cross-sell techniques
