We have an opportunity for an HR Intern to join our HR Ops Team on a 12-month fixed term contract! This is a 39 hour contract, with 3 days on-site in our Support Office in Tallaght & 2 days remote working.

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Ideally you will have a keen interest in HR or will be studying/have achieved a third level qualification in Business or HR.
  • Is passionate about efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Computer literate and experienced with MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative experience.
  • Is hardworking with a great work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Is a phenomenal teammate with a friendly, empathic personality.
  • Has a proactive can do and flexible approach.
  • Can comfortably prioritise workload in order to achieve goals on time.
  • Has previous experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Has a sound understanding of employee relations legislation and HR Ops procedures.

Main role responsibilities include:

  • Handling all HR administration/employee files/daily queries for the HR department
  • Managing our colleague recruitment & any recruitment initiatives
  • Supporting our HR Business Partners, Managers and Colleagues with queries relating to benefits, employee self-service and HR systems
  • Communicate and respond to employees queries in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Management and reporting of time-keeping records.
  • Updating Company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that remain complaint with all of our legislative obligations including contracts & time-management
  • You will play a key role in achieving the wider HR business plan & will have an opportunity support with a variety of projects across the department.
